Trump announced Mattis as his pick for Defense Secretary on December 1st, 2016.

Price is a US Congressman from Georgia's 6th Congressional district. He serves as the chairman of the House Budget Committee. Price received his MD from the University of Michigan Health System. He is a strong critic of Obamacare and a proponent for major health care reform. Price was announced to be Trump's selection for HHS on November 29th, 2016.

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development: Ben Carson
Carson is a retired neurosurgeon and former Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is known for his run for the Republican nomination for President in 2016. After dropping out, he endorsed Donald Trump. On December 5th, 2016 it was announced that he was Trump's pick for HUD.

Secretary of Transportation: Elaine Chao
Chao previously served as Deputy Secretary of Transportation from 1989 to 1991. She then served as Secretary of Labor from 2001-2009. She has headed numerous organizations, such as the Peace Corps, United Way, and the Heritage Foundation. Plans to nominate Chao were announced on November 29th, 2016.

CIA Director: Mike Pompeo
Pompeo is a Congressman from Kansas's 4th Congressional District. He graduated first in his class from West Point in 1986. He currently serves on Select Commitee for Intelligence and the Sub-commitee for the CIA. He was another one of Trump's first selections. On November 18th, 2016 Trump announced his intentions to nominate Pompeo as the Director of the CIA.

Ambassador to the UN: Nikki Haley
Haley currently serves as the Governor of South Carolina and is the first female to do so. Previously she served as a State Representative in South Carolina. She is the second Indian-American to serve as a Governor in the US (after Bobby Jindal). She is a considered a rising star in the GOP. Trump aanounced the decision to nominate Haley on November 23rd, 2016.
